All of  my wedding cakes are custom made and designed  to meet your exact  requirements. When it comes to choosing the style of your bespoke wedding cake the possibilities are endless, with a vast range of contemporary and classic designs to choose from and in a range of shapes, sizes and colours selected  by you. When it comes to the decoration of the cake, my expert sugarcraft icing skills and beautifully selected accessories provide the finishing touches to your wonderful and unique wedding cake.

I specialise in elegant, show-stopping, designer wedding cakes and my creations encompass everything from vintage and classic styles to modern and contemporary.

My Wedding cakes are home-baked using only the finest natural ingredients.  I believe the taste is as important as the decoration and I love trying out new flavour combinations.  If  you have a particular flavour request I can bake it for you but some of my favourites are:

Chocolate Orange, Lime and Coconut, Vanilla and Salted Caramel, Red Velvet, Tangy Lemon, Rich Chocolate Cake,  Carrot Cake, Raspberry and Almond with White Chocolate and Madagascan Vanilla.  All cakes are filled with Swiss Meringue Buttercream and chocolate ganaches, homemade jams and curds.
